Petzbe is a social media app & community where pet parents share their pets' lives from the perspective of the pet. As it turns out, people become very friendly, funny, and cute when they speak as their pets – our community is living proof of that! It’s the largest online pet community, with over 800,000 users. Petzbe is what led us to create the Petzbe Agency, as we were eager to share our expertise on connecting pet parents with companies looking to grow in the pet industry.

VetBilling
Branding, Marketing & Business Development
Background: Access to veterinary care is a pressing concern for many pet owners, exacerbated by limitations in pet insurance policies. Many veterinary clinics are hesitant to adopt new payment models due to concerns about administrative complexities, financial risks, and a lack of awareness.
The Petzbe Agency works with VetBilling to increase the adoption of their payment plans among veterinary clinics, with a special focus on educating them on how payment plans not only increase access to veterinary care but also enhance revenue and allow them to offer more advanced treatments. Pet parents play a crucial role in this mission, as they are the ones in need of these plans. With the help of pet parents, we together advocate for the industry to allow them to pay veterinary bills in manageable installments.
We completed a full rebrand, developed a new website, and created numerous materials supporting sales, training for veterinarians, and marketing materials. In this way, VetBilling is now able to present their services in a way that’s easier to understand, increasing their effectiveness. Together with VetBilling, we’re building a community of payment-friendly practices to protect the human-animal bond by eliminating economic euthanasia and owner surrenders.

We've raised almost $200,000 for animal rescues and causes through our Lend a Paw campaigns.
Surveys
We surveyed a smaller sample of our community and gathered over 1,000 responses. This allowed us to collect valuable insights for product feedback and development, as well as craft compelling messaging for marketing and sales.
